LAWRENCE BECKO (L/B/V)

Synthesis (2017) is Lawrence's fourth studio album and his debut solo release under his own name- a culmination of ten years in the music industry which saw him tour the UK and Europe, release three studio albums, and have his music synchronised to award-winning US TV dramas Grey's Anatomy, Without A Trace and Vampire Diaries. 

 

The album explores mankind's pursuit of a new home beyond Earth, asking whether we have given up on space exploration and the hope of a better future.  The result is a technicolour pop symphony which takes listeners on a journey  through the solar system.

Recorded in London, UK and Montreal, Canada, the album features lush strings, deep electronics and multicoloured soundscapes, inspired by Lawrence's synaesthesia - a condition where he sees, hears and tastes music in colour.
